Level 3 Normal Boss : A savage Centaur from the outlands, strong and barbaric
LVL 3, the Centaur. He has a 328.5K power and is classified as an easy monster. It will use 15 stamina. Evony suggests that you can beat these bosses with 30,000 T6 cavalry troops (I must confess that I don't train that many cavalry, and tend to have ground and archers in my mix). Everyone in your alliance will receive a Junior Alliance Boss package, just like the Zombie and Redcap.

LVL 4 is the Skeleton Dragon. He has a 787.2K power and is classified as an easy monster. He will use 15 stamina for an attack. The rewards are good for beginner players and include the level 4 boss chest (contains medals, general exp, material chest and a speed-ups), refining stones, artwork fragment chest and an uncommon (LVL 2) treasure map. The added bonus to everyone in an alliance is that they will all receive a Junior Alliance Boss package every time a Skeleton is killed by and alliance member, which may contain 5K food or lumber, 10 min speed up for training or healing and a material chest).

Level 5 Normal Boss : A mutated werewolf with solid claws
LVL 5 is the Werewolf. He cracks the 1.3M power and is classified as an easy monster (not by my standards, but that is a relative thing). He will use 20 stamina for an attack. Evony suggests that you can beat these bosses with 60,000 T8 cavalry troops. The rewards include the level 5 boss chest (contains medals, general exp, material chest and a speed-ups), refining stones, artwork fragment chest, an uncommon (LVL 2) treasure map and now the addition of spiritual beast exp. Evony suggests that you can beat these bosses with 60,000 T10 cavalry troops (to get 0 wounded it will take 80,000 T10). The rewards include the level 6 boss chest (contains medals, general exp, material chest and a speed-ups), refining stones, spiritual beast exp, artwork fragment chest and a rare (LVL 3) treasure map. Everyone in your alliance will receive a Medium Alliance Boss package, just like the Werewolf.
Boss Yasha
Level 7 Normal Boss : A yasha coming out of the sea, who possesses the ability to cause tidal waves
LVL 7 boss is the Yasha. He has a 3.4M power and is classified as a medium monster. He will use 20 stamina for an attack. It is suggested by Evony that you can beat these bosses with 80,000 T10 cavalry troops (100,000 T10 for no wounded). I did come across another reference that indicates you only need 27,000 T9, so I would be very interested if someone could clarify which is true for me. The rewards include the level 7 boss chest (contains medals, general exp, material chest and a speed-ups), refining stones, spiritual beast exp, artwork fragment chest and a rare (LVL 3) treasure map. The added bonus to everyone in an alliance is that they will all receive a Medium Alliance Boss package every time a Yasha is killed by an alliance member, (and just to remind you of the contents - which contains 10K food, stone and lumber; training and healing speed ups and a material chest).
Boss Peryton
Level 8 Normal Boss : A huge animal, half bird and half deer
LVL 8 is the Peryton. This monster has 6.5M power and is classified as a medium monster. He will use 20 stamina for an attack. Like the Yasha, players tend to have keeps in the level 20's before they can attempt these monsters. Evony suggests that you can beat these bosses with 100,000 T10 cavalry troops (or 150,000 T10 for no wounded). My second reference suggests 28,000 T10 for 1000 wounded, or 200,000 T10 ranged troops, or 45,000 T11 cavalry troops. The rewards for killing a Peryton include the level 8 boss chest (contains medals, general exp, material chest and a speed-ups), refining stones, spiritual beast exp, artwork fragment chest, a legendary (LVL 4) treasure map and now the addition of a warrior scroll chest. LVL 9, the Minotaur. This monster has a 9.9M power and is also classified as a medium monster by Evony standards. They will use 20 stamina. Evony suggests that you can beat these bosses with 150,000 T10 cavalry troops (to get 0 wounded it will take 220,000 T10). My other reference suggests 50,800 T10 cavalry or 80,000 T11 cavalry troops. The rewards include the level 9 boss chest (contains medals, general exp, material chest and a speed-ups), refining stones, spiritual beast exp, warrior scroll chest, artwork fragment chest and a legendary (LVL 4) treasure map. Everyone in your alliance will receive a Senior Alliance Boss package, which contains 50K Foord, stone or ore, training and healing speed ups and a material chest.
Boss Griffin
Level 10 Normal Boss : A griffin coming from the outland, very merciless and evil
The LVL 10 boss is the Griffin. He has a 17.9M power and is classified as a medium monster. He will use 20 stamina for an attack. It is suggested by Evony that you can beat these bosses with 250,000 T10 cavalry troops (200,000 T11 for no wounded). I did come across another reference that indicates you can kill him with 130,000 T9 cavalry, but it does give a high (9000) wounded rate. I would think that you would need a really good general and buffs to get results like that. The rewards for killing a Griffin include the level 10 boss chest (contains medals, general exp,9 material chest and a speed-ups), refining stones, spiritual beast exp, artwork fragment chest, an epic (LVL 5) treasure map and the new chance of getting a King's Scroll Chest (contains scrolls to craft Kings Equipment). The added bonus to everyone in an alliance is that they will all receive a Senior Alliance Boss package every time a Griffin is killed by an alliance member, (and just to remind you of the contents - which contains 50K food, stone and lumber; training and healing speed ups and a material chest).
Boss Ifrit
Level 11 Normal Boss : An enormous creature of fire known for his strength and cunning
LVL 11 is the Ifrit. This monster has 59.6M power and is classified as a hard monster (finally). He will use 30 stamina for an attack. Evony suggests that you can beat these bosses with 300,000 T11 cavalry troops (or 450,000 T11 for no wounded). My second reference suggests 220,000 T10 for 4000 wounded, or 223,000 T11 for 3500 wounded or 250,000 T12 cavalry troops. The rewards for killing an Ifrit include the level 11 boss chest (contains gold, material chest, stone, ore and speed-ups), King's Scroll Chest, refining stones, spiritual beast exp, artwork fragment chest and an epic (LVL 5) treasure map and now the addition of a warrior scroll chest. The added bonus to everyone in an alliance is that they will all receive a Senior Alliance Boss package, like the Griffin.
Boss Kamaitachi
Level 12 Normal Boss : A cruel eastern monster who feeds on humans
is LVL 12, the Kamaitachi. This monster has a 89.4M power and is also classified as a hard monster by Evony standards. They will use 35 stamina. Evony suggests that you can beat these bosses with 600,000 T12 cavalry troops (to get 0 wounded it will take 700,000 T13). My other reference suggests 736,000 T11 cavalry (over 17,000 wounded), or 1M T12 (or 1.1M T13) cavalry troops for no wounded. The rewards include the level 12 boss chest (contains gold, material chest and 100K of each of the four resources), spiritual beast exp, Dragon scroll chest (holds a scroll used to craft Dragon equipment), artwork fragment chest and an epic (LVL 5) treasure map. Everyone in your alliance will receive a Senior Alliance Boss package, same as the Griffin and Ifrit.
Boss Fafnir
Level 13 Normal Boss : A greedy dragon that kills all he sees
The LVL 13 boss is the Fafnir (not to be confused with the Fenrir). He has a 134.1M power and is classified as extremely hard. He will also use 40 stamina for an attack. It is suggested by Evony that you can beat these bosses with 1.7M T13 cavalry troops (1.6M T14 for no wounded), but the recommendation is that these extreme bosses are best tackled with rallies. My other reference suggests 1.2M T12 cavalry (but it does give a very high 35,000 wounded rate). The rewards for killing a Fafnir include the level 13 boss chest (contains gold, material chests, Archaemenidae equipment scrolls and 500K wood, stone and ore), spiritual beast exp, artwork fragment chest,a dragon scale and the new chance of getting a Dragon Scroll Chest (contains scrolls to craft Dragon Equipment). The added bonus to everyone in an alliance is that they will all receive a Senior Alliance Boss package every time a Griffin is killed by an alliance member, (and just to remind you of the contents - which contains 50K food, stone and lumber; training and healing speed ups and a material chest).
Boss Behemoth
Level 14 Normal Boss : The strong Behemoth is always happy to accept any challenge
LVL 14 is the Behemoth. This monster has 187.7M power and is also classified as an extremely hard monster. He will use 40 stamina for an attack. Evony recommends the use of monster or boss debuffs (especially defense) for B14+ (Boss level 14 and above) monsters. They suggest that you can beat these bosses with 1.6M T14 but state that it is best to rally them. My second reference suggests 1.25M T12 for 51,000 wounded, or 2.25M T13 for no wounded, but I would presume there is a very strong general leading the army. The rewards for killing an Behemoth include the level 14 boss chest (contains gold, material chest and 100K of each of the four resources), Dragon Scroll Chest, Archaemenidae Scroll chest, artwork fragment chest, a Silk Road material bag and 10K General exp. The added bonus to everyone in an alliance is that they will all receive a Senior Alliance Boss package, like the Fefnir.
Boss Phoenix
Level 15 Normal Boss : A long-lived bird that cyclically regenerates
LVL 15, the Phoenix. In terms of the graphics, this has got to be one of my favourite looking monsters. This monster has a 262.7M power and is also classified as an extremely hard monster by Evony standards. They will use 40 stamina. Like the Behemoth, Evony indicates that monster or boss debuffs are required. They suggest that you can beat these bosses with 2.2M T14 cavalry troops (with wounded numbers being based on your generals level and gear). My other reference suggests 2.3M T13 cavalry (25,000 wounded), or 2.26M T14 cavalry troops for no wounded. The rewards include the level 15 boss chest (contains gold, material chest and 500K of each of the four resources), Dragon scroll chest, Archaemenidae Scroll chest, artwork fragment chest, Silk Road material bag and 10K general exp. Everyone in your alliance will receive a Senior Alliance Boss package, same as for the Fafnir and Behemoth.
