EVENTS WITHIN EVONY

Evony offers lots of special events and seasonal events, which can provide both individual and alliance rewards. Many of them require you to be part of an alliance, so another great reason to have joined FOE. Check them out.

Invite Friends
Invite friends to gain Joan of Arc! Complete Daily Sharing Quest to earn rewards!
This event is ongoing from the very first day you start playing Evony : The Kings Return. It will continue long after you lose interest and stop playing.
There are no exemptions from this event. It is available to every player. It's biggest limitation is the annoyance factor of the pop-up that appears every time you enter your castle. Fortunately, this can be disabled (refer to My Tips below).
Monarch Competition
Reach the Scores Goal to receive the relevant Scores Rewards from the mailbox.
Weekly (contains 5 daily competitions during the week and a 2 day competition on the weekend)
Only limited by the server rules. On Server 585, the 2 day Kill Event is usually cancelled by the Server King.
Battle of Constantinople (BoC)
The Battle of Constantinople is an alliance team event where two alliances of similar power from different servers compete against each other for points on a battlefield map. Points can be obtained by occupying buildings and killing enemy troops. What really makes this a fantastic event to be part of is that regardless of whether you win or lose, there are great resource rewards, and all wounded troops are automatically healed on completion of the battle.
Weekly (run weekly on a weekend for four weeks then has a week off)
Maximum of 20 members are able to be invited and each member must have a minimum keep level of 15. The members must also have been part of the alliance for at least 3 days at the time of signing up. Only R4 and R5 are able to sign up for this competition.
Battle of Guagamela
The Battle of Guagamela is an alliance team event where two alliances of similar power from different servers compete against each other for points on a battlefield map. Points can be obtained by occupying buildings, killing monsters and killing enemy troops. What really makes this a fantastic event to be part of is that regardless of whether you win or lose, there are great resource rewards, and all wounded troops are automatically healed on completion of the battle.

Battle of Chalons
The Battle of Chalons is an alliance team event where four alliances of similar power from different servers compete against each other for points on a battlefield map. Points can be obtained by occupying buildings, and killing enemy troops and monsters. What really makes this a fantastic event to be part of is that regardless of whether you win or lose, there are great resource rewards, and all wounded troops are automatically healed on completion of the battle.
Run over a four week period. Replaces the Battle of Guagamela. (run weekly during the week for four weeks).
Maximum of 25 members are able to be invited and each member must have a minimum keep level of 15. The members must also have been part of the alliance for at least 3 days at the time of signing up. Only R4 and R5 are able to sign up for this competition.
Revenge of Ymir
Hydra Invasion
Garuda Trial
Viking Challenge
Challenge Vikings and earn awesome rewards!
Weekly. Run for the first three days of every week after the server war/kill event has ended.
Honestly, this has to be one of the most boring and tedious events on Evony (especially if you are part of a big alliance). But don't get me wrong, it is definitely worth ploughing through, even if it feels like it never ends.
Royal Thief
During the event time, player have a chance to meet the Royal Ambassador from completing Activity Tasks in Tavern. Invite Alliance members to help Royal Ambassador kill the Royal Thieves to earn the treasures they stole.
Daily. I dont think this event has ever not been available while I have been playing Evony, so there is no chance you'll miss out.
Boss Monster Event
During the event time, the spawning rate of the Boss Monsters is doubled!
Daily. I dont think this event has ever not been available while I have been playing Evony, so there is no chance you'll miss out.
You are only limited by your own ability to kill monsters or the ability of your alliance members to kill them. Check out the monsters information to get an idea of how to kill them (under the 'Monster' heading on the home page).

Battle Reports

Because FOE is only the best alliance to be part of, and to keep track of our development progress, I thought it was worth keeping record of our Battlefield results. If you are interested, you can look at our past performances and track our progress.

Special And Seasonal Events
Visit Easter Bunny
During the Easter event time, players can visit Easter Bunny on the world map and receive Easter Bunny's gifts.
EASTER BUNNIES I said I would give you a run down on the Easter bunnies, so here it is. You will have noticed the rabbit statues around the place, I am sure. These guys are very similar in purpose as the celebration goblins, in that a visit will provide you with a gift and each of these gifts will provide you with one of several rewards. I have listed these rewards below so that you can optimise your chances of getting what you want or need. (Sorry WUG, no teleports 😞). There are three levels (all the statues look the same so you will need to pay attention to the labels indicating the level). As you would expect, the value of the rewards increases as the level does, but it also costs you more stamina to visit too. Each can only be visited by 3 players. Level 1 bunnies require 2 stamina to visit. Their Easter gift will give you a chance at getting one or more of the following: 1 x research stone, 1 x 1K monarch experience, 1 x 2K general experience, 1 x 30 minute trap speed up, 1 x green (level 2) material chest and/or 2 x 10K gold. Level 2 bunnies require 3 stamina to visit. Their Easter gift will give you a chance at getting one or more of the following: 1 x refining stone, 1 x research stone, 1 x magic artwork chest, 1 x 30 minute training speed up, 1 x blue (level 3) material chest and/or 2 x 100 chips (for the tavern wheel spin). Level 3 bunnies require 4 stamina to visit. Their Easter gift will give you a chance at getting one or more of the following: 1 x refining stone, 1 x research stone, 1 x 30 minute construction speed up, 1 x 50K gold, 1 x large material chest and/or 2 x senior resource chest. For me, level 3 bunnies are the most appealing with their resources and construction speed-ups, but you can pick what you want for yourselves. Now if only that came with chocolate ... Happy hunting my friends, but remember, it is supposed to be a peaceful weekend so let's take the opportunity to gather and grow strong again. (As a side note - I can now beat B9's. My troops have been working really hard and I hope to be at Warlord level soon to rally rally rally!). Itchnesun

Lucky Composing
During the event time, players can recieve Lucky Composing items from resource spots and monsters.
My FOE friends An update for you all - I miss you, but must admit it is wonderful having Ela to keep me company. I am gathering and visiting relics like I haven't for a long time. And all the helps are moving my construction and research along. I hope to be able to up my keep in a couple of days, so it is not in vain. And so, I thought to thank you all for the continued support you show me, I would share with you some research I have been doing today. I was going to write about the Arctic castles, but I have done a message about them before (which I can resend if anyone wants it). Instead, I thought I would look at the Special event of Lucky Composing. I know, you are all saying, "so what, nothing useful there because I already know how to do it". However, do you know how to make and get the most out of it? The current 'Lucky Composing' is a St Patrick's Day theme and there are five coloured cards you can get from resource spots and monsters. There doesn't appear to be a pattern that I have noticed (yet) to the drops, but my research is not complete, so any assistance would be gratefully received. I am mostly rallying and have a lot of greens cards, but I also get some purple and occasional blue ones. I am yet to receive a red or orange card. Composing these cards is just a matter of selecting one in your items chest (under common items). Then you get to select 2 other colour cards to compose a lucky box. There are 10 different lucky boxes you can get and each contain different items. I have been looking at what you can get in these boxes, and how you can compose the box you want. Sadly, as I don't have red or orange cards (yet), I can't tell you exactly what you will get in most of the St Patrick Lucky Boxes, however I can surmise from other Lucky Box events. So my list is below, I hope it helps you to find and get some of the specific things you might be looking for. Lucky Box I : composed from green, blue and purple cards (any order). Confirmed to contain - 12 x Stamina (10), 1 x 200 gems, 10 x green material chest (Lvl2 craft material), 5 x 10 minute construction speed-ups and 5 x medium resource chests. Lucky Box II : composed from green, blue and orange cards (any order). Possibly/likely to contain - 1 x waybill, unknown other gifts Lucky Box III : composed from green, blue and red cards (any order). Possibly/likely to contain - 1 x 200 gems, 3 x 1 hour construction speed-ups, 1 x 1 hour attack buff, 10 x medium resource chests, 1 x 50K gold. Lucky Box IV : composed from green, purple and orange cards (any order). Possibly/likely to contain - 5 x 2K general experience, 3 x 1 hour research speed-ups, 1 x Stamina (50), 3 x senior resource chests, 5 x intermediate material chest. Lucky Box V : composed from green, purple and red cards (any order). Possibly/likely to contain - 1 x 1K monarch experience, 10 x 10 minute crafting speed-ups, 2 x 100K ore, 5 x intermediate material chests, 1 x 200 gems. Lucky Box VI : composed from blue, purple and red cards (any order). Contents unknown. Lucky Box VII : composed from blue, purple and orange cards (any order). Possibly/likely to contain - 2 x 200 gems, 5 x 1 hour crafting speed-ups, 5 x 2K monarch experience, 1 x 500K food, 1 x 100K gold. Lucky Box VIII : composed from green, orange and red cards (any order). Possibly/likely to contain - 10 x refining stones, 5 x blue material chests (LVL3 equipment), 1 x truce agreement information, 3 x 1 hour healing speed-ups, 1 x 100K food. Lucky Box IX : composed from blue, orange and red cards (any order). Possibly/likely to contain - 1 x stamina (100), 5 x 1 hour speed-ups, 1 x 1 hour attack buff, 3 x 500K stone, 1 x 500K food. Lucky Box X : composed from purple, orange and red cards (any order). Possibly/likely to contain - 1 x material bag (silk road), 1 x 24 hour truce agreement, 5 x 1 hour speed-ups, 1 x 500K ore, 1 x 500K wood. So there it is. Sorry for the length and the gaps. Feel free to confirm or refute my notes, but hopefully it will give you some guide to getting what you want most. I will put it on the website. Stay strong my FOE. Itchnesun
